Alhamdulillah joining the yoga class has been such a positive step for me for anxiety and health purposes as it allows me to clear my mind weekly and every week I look forward to it. I joined the Yoga class in Ilford this morning. It was amazing! The hour went quickly. Every move was healing and nurturing. Nasim is an excellent and unique yoga teacher. I was so grateful to be part of the class, and hope to come every week. Thank you to all who make this class happen.
